Spell casters question

Why is spell casters around? It lacks the order a coven needs. A coven needs a priest or a priestess or both. Why does it not have a priest or a priestess. It definitely needs one.

That isn't the purpose of the spellcasters coven. The coven is open to everyone, everyone is promoted to council, and is basically just a "come one come all" kind of a group. It specifically says there are no leaders within the coven.

There's also no way a priest or priestess could manage all the members within it.

Ok,good point. How could they manage over 1000 members?
