I think its something like this -

ki = japanese
chi = chinese
both are the life force energy

psi = western :D

chakra = is an energy point in the body

Ki and Chi are the same and they are life force energies stored in a vrtex located 3 inches below your belly button and 5 inches in that place is called tan tien

Psi is mental energy and is stored all over your body but most of it is stored in your 3rd eye

chakra is the source of your powers and we know 7 main chakras:
-Crown chakra - located on top of your head and its color is purple

-3rd eye or brow chakra - located on your forehead between the two eyebrows and its color is indigo

-throat chakra - located on your throat and its color is blue

-heart chakra - located in your chest where the heart is and its color is green

-Solar plexus chakra - located under your chest and above your belly button and its color is yellow

-Sacral Chakra - located in the groin and its color is Orange

-Root chakra - located at the base of your spine and its color is red

Ki Chi and Psi all stem from the same energy.

Even scientists have figured that out -_-
"Potential" and "Kinetic" energy? Yeah. Same thing, just a different state of use.

That's all that seperates them, but Psi energy is what lives inside you and controls the other energies.

If you think of these energies that way you will never know how to truely use them separatly...and they're not even close as all the same for me...i use them separatly but yeah...psi is present with every energy cus it pushes the other energy cus you have to visiulize that the energy is moving so you activate psi cus you're thinking of an energy moving and psi reacts to your thought...

Well, in any case, since the psi is what moves it, the psi is the main element of these energies, erego, even if you had no other concept of energies, you could still control them.

And besides, they still reside as forms of the same energy.
