ya was told I have arthritis in both my shoulders,I can't afford a physical therapist,So I need to find ways to deal with it.

There's a healing crystal but I'm not sure what it's called, I could look it up?

Place it on the pain or you third eye and meditate. Hopefully the pain will ease.
