I have read the articles on how to astral project but I haven't been able to get to the point of vibration. I get where I cant move my arms or legs but just move my fingers or toes. Can someone give me some pointers on how to project.
Try just imagining yourself sitting up (or whatever depending on your body's position) out of your body and stepping out. See and feel yourself out of your body. Touch the wall, smell something (flower, candle, whatever), read something so you know you are out. That's what I do. You may be aware of both your physical body and your astral, but that's okay just keep doing it. All of your senses work in the astral just like they do in the physical. You could have someone place an object in a different room and then go out of your body and find that object, then go back to your body and go see physically if you were correct.
I found a person by the name of Ryan cropper he is a very experienced projecter. He has developed a 4 step method to achieve an astral projection. Just Google or go to YouTube and type in "Ryan cropper"

Why are you worried about moving? Stop moving, then you don't need to worry about what can move and what can't. You need to learn how to enter a trance. A trance can even be entered while dancing or drumming. Learn to enter a deep trance and you will easily AP, maybe even accidentally.
i happened to have this feeling wayback until i unintentionally astral projected. at that time i know it is astral projecting but i happened to encounter someone who are trying to attack me and made me to wake up by just saying wake up. i really want to safely ap. What should i do if i encounter them next time?
well you can rise your vibration this means that you need to feel strong and think of a happy moment. then make something like a shield and then visualize them bouncing of or you can make a sword or something like that and then stab them e.t.c this always works for me
