I often see messages from different levels of my unconscious, that I should stop eating everything except fruits, that are the gifts from our fellow plants.. :P In a few months, I will start traveling on a bicycle, without money and I wont be able to get fruits all the time, so what about not eating at all? I believe in myself, and I have an access to my aura. I know that I can manipulate it for this purpose, but I wan't you to tell me about your experience with this, and what are the easyest ways to get energy from the environment for my body?
Your body needs to physically function with food. Even with some to little, your body thrives on the supply of fruits, veggies, and meat. Without these essential nutrients, your body isn't able to survive.
You cannot rely on purely energy to keep you in your days.
It is possible to live on fruit, if you include nuts.(Not peanuts! They are not really nuts!). But you would need to eat an awful lot of fruit! You really should eat vegetables as well.Meat is the quickest way to absorb protein; it is not essential. There are many quite healthy vegetarians.
Your body is physical and I don't think it's feasible to go without food for long periods of time as no matter your skill at harnessing energy from your environment your body still needs nourishment. I am aware you can get many of the same vitamins including iron & protein from fruits, though I'm sure in smaller doses than meats, but you need to make sure your getting all the nutrients you need from these fruits lest lack of key nutrients leave your body weak. Belief & life goals are great but you don't want to end up in a hospital.
Listen, you are being misled. I have a friend who cries when i cut my hair so i dont do it anymore but he thought he didnt need food anymore and now he has false teeth, one kidney, diabetes and a failing kidney! That was 4 yrs. Ago when he was only 36.
...Maybe Diligent means the poster (vitaliukas) is being mislead by their subconscious or unconscious mind? I can't speak yay or nay on eating only fruit as I am neither a psychologist nor a philosopher, not that that matters as this is their choice on how to live their life which they have a right to live as they see fit. There are many people who are happy eating specific types of foods and feel they are healthier living as such.
