newbie on a quest

Hello all!
I was given a gift and don't too much know what to do with it. I have a psychic dreams that occur a year before incidents happen. I astral project on accident. Meaning I never tried it on purpose and only after I talked to a psychic did I know what what was happening. I've discover the dreams and the stral projection are strongest after I belly dance and I don't see the correlation. One day I oke up with ancient memories of lives. I visited a shaman to confirm they were memories and not delusions.
If I understood what's happening maybe I could help and not be so scared. I'd like grow to have some sort of.control over it all so here I am
