By and large most Witches don't even work with demons. I think it's important to separate the real from the fantasy here. Most Hollywood stuff contains very little truth in it.
Most of the movies related to magick out there are for entertainment's sake. Even if they try to show most of the reasonable and possible things, they tend to sprinkle a little bit of fantasy.
fantasy. there are some claims of satanic cults sacrificing babies and doing rituals with them, these are false claims to scare people away from all pagan paths.
if you're looking for a more realistic basic, you could argue some Wiccan/Pagan mothers whisper a name in their kids ear after birth, or there's a Wiccaning where the child is presented to the God, Goddess, and community. this doesn't make them a Witch or anything, it's just a blessing. in theory i suppose someone who works with demons could present their child before the demon for protection or similar, but as a sacrifice no.
How do you even beleive that enough to speak of such horrific things, where pregnant woman may read them? My personal opinion, but 99 percent of people or more are not even capable of doing something like that. Im not sure i understand the point of the question either. If you read the suggested articles such as "joining a coven" and what to look out for, you would see that the majority of pagans hold themselves to a higher moral standard.
true, there mayb such thing as people doingso to young babies but the stuff that happened in the movie will never happen in real life. I watched that movie first day it came out, scary and fudged up!
they did claim that the movies were reenactments and that steven spielburg watched the actual film and he was locked in his own house and had to get a locksmith to open it for him, and steven spielburg himself claimed the films werenhaunted was haunted
I think it is possible, but only by lunatics, who aren't actually doing magick. Try looking it up, I think their was a time when this happened. But only by idiots,
