I know now i need help to

this is a bit of subject but do you know how long cat help spell works

have you tried doing this it is very easy:
you get something put it in the middle of your head and say in your
head i can do it again and again or stick on. tap your tummy just under neath your belly button with 2 fingers and let go of the object it shuold have stuck on your head.
