New to SoM

I'm new to the practices of magic. It's been fun so far, seeing the affects the spells I've completed, and I love the control it's giving me over my life and my children's lives. I can't imagine hurting anyone, but I do believe there are others who are willing to make trouble for me, so believing I had been cursed, I started using magic to banish any curse sent to me. My life improved and here I am. I refuse to let myself get struck a third time. I have Creole in my family, so I learned a little something something as a child, but as a Christen woman I refused to use the gifts shown to me until fate intervened. Now, I'm like, Christ didn't save me when I was cursed now I'm including some other Deities in my new religion.
