Four Thieves Vinegar is a general healing recipe that can be safely drunk and it also works great as a household disinfectant all the while cleansing away those energy nasties. Great to keep away and shorten flu, cold, viruses, and infections of all sorts.

Anything can be a "healing" potion, even chicken soup! That was my mother's way of healing me, through food!
