I am far too drowsy on my medications to live my life very well at all. I don't want to try more medications to ease the drowsiness. I am turning to my witchiness to get some help. I'm desperate. I need energy. I am looking for some spell help as well as herbs and practices to help me. I'm fairly good at writing my own spells but curious as far as to what herbs to use. Any help or encouragement is appreciated. I'm so tired and I fall asleep whenever things are quiet and still around me. It almost feels like a curse but no one I know practices so I doubt I have been cursed. Think it's from my medications. Thanks! ~Batty

I'm no herbalist so I'm afraid I can't help you, but I can say that you should be careful which herbs you use and what may have a reaction with any medication you're taking. You never know if something doesn't go well so it's usually best to never assume and do a little research when people give suggestions.
Again, I'm not a specialist, but maybe this medication isn't working for you? People usually don't suddenly feel perfect when taking medication, but if it makes you uncomfortable you can always ask if there's any other options.
On a basic energy manipulation level, I would recommend grounding the drowsy feelings you get as well as anything you'd like to move past, and probably centering your energy afterwards. I would also make sure you sleep well, eat food that gives energy, and drink a lot of water. Water usually helps wake me up, but everyone's different.

Thanks for replying. I understand that injecting a concoction might not be safest in this case. I have been working with my doctor to correct the problem so I don't want anyone to think I am playing with fire. I just need to know if anyone has any advice on the magical properties of herbs or stones concerning feeling more awake.

I would be careful to mix any herbs while on medications. But, there are a couple of things you can try in moderation. If you drink caffeine such as coffee, I would definitely either stop or cut way back. Try a mix of apple cider vinegar and oregano. Just a small 1/4 cup in the morning. Also, try green tea with honey and extra vitamin B.
You should check with your doctor first though before you try anything out of the ordinary.

Ok what medication are you taking? Can only help you once I know that. Give me brand names and the names of the pharma product in it. It will help me figure a way to reduce the side effect if not eliminate it completely
