creature help

I know the spell for an imp to live in a realm in a crystal ball ,but I don't trust imps at the moment.Does anyone know a neutral rather kind creature?

If you can astral project, then I suggest that you try and search on the higher astral plane.
I suggest that you try to figure out what your element is, and try to summon an elemental of your element
Fire - Salamanders
Water - Nereids
Earth - Gnomes
Air - Sylphs

I'm a little rusty on the elementals but I'm pretty sure that Undines are the ones connected to water.

I don't think it's possible to keep a spirit in a crystal. I've never read or heard of anything like that. Plus that sounds way too cartoony

If I am not mistaken, I saw a spell with an imp and a crystal ball too, but I too don't think that it will work.
How about a crystal?Or a stone?My friend even managed to bind an astral being(don't recommend for starters)to one, so I guess they could stay in one.
