Does anybody know a spell to bind somebody to a written contract/promise that was signed in blood?

What do you mean? If someone signed a contract in blood, then they're already bound to follow it.

Nobody is bound to anything , agreements are fullfilled or they are not. If the person wishes to break the deal that was made they can do it at any moment without even having to care. Its a common misconception that you can bind a person to an agreement especially when it comes to magick related "contracts" or promises.
