This seems like a very sad topic to begin with as emotions, good or bad, are wonderful experiences that bring us closer to understanding ourselves.
You could meditate and reflect on these emotions to bring peace with them, or you could try and achieve a state of emptiness through some meditation.
Only time I have ever heard people request something like this, or even talk about anything such as the nullification of their emotions is when they are in a highly depressive state. Perhaps you should seek help through a therapist or a friend.

A spell wont help you to become numb because well that's going against nature.However emotions or our ability to field is controlled by the mind in other words its how you think.Like some person said "mind over matter" it is up to you to learn how to control yourself.You can block out certain feelings if you don't want them.Monks do it all the time,they block out pain so why not other emotions too as well?
But do you truly want to go down that road?Do you really want to be as emotional and detached as a robot?
Feelings whether good or bad is wonderful don't take it for granted.More importantly if you so desire to block off your emotions you will still feel something even after years of training cause its impossible not to feel anything.
There have been many of a time when I was just numb.Nothing bad happened to result in it my emotions was just idle for the mean time the only thing I would feel is amusement from that thought but no other emotion at that time will get through to me.
My advice do whatever you feel like doing try meditating for long hours a day,put yourself in that state of mind.
