There are probably thousands of Goddesses associate with water in one way or another. Each culture over the centuries had their own pantheons of Gods and Goddesses. Are you looking at a particular culture...such as the Greeks? And are you looking for a Goddess associated with the Sea? ...with a River? ...with a Holy well or spring?

Please when asking questions try to refrain from asking something in the subject line then giving us no additional information in the lower Line.
But anyway it depends what deities you follow and what form of water sometimes one god could have sea another have rivers etc.
But my one is the Greek Poseidon,
Take into account that often one god is the same as ten others just different names and faces.
Example of a same set of gods :
The Romans and Greeks have the exact same gods the difference is the appearance we shall take the main deitie of the Greek is called Zeus god of lightning in roman he is Jupiter all of the roman gods were named as planets
This galaxy "the milky way" is named after one of these goddess I believe her name was "Hera" the worshippers of these gods said that the galaxy looked like "the milk from heras breasts"
