how or where do i cast spells?
for the how, you charge with energy, focus it on a task, ground the remaining energy, then you go forth and try to make the spell work. so, say you want a job. you would take a green candle, cast a circle, then sit and meditate. feel/visualize energy entering your body [i normally visualize/feel it near my shoulders] then have it travel down your arms into the candle in your hands, letting it pool in the candle [normally i visualize it glowing] when you feel there's enough energy inside the candle, place it on your alter, and light it. watch the candle burn down, visualizing yourself at an amazing job, getting paid, doing work, and basically all the good things that will come from it. once the candle burns out [or if you want to recast the next night, snuff out the candle. don't blow it out.] ground the remaining energy in your body, then open the circle. the next day [if you cast this at night] go out and pass out some resume's, do call-backs and so on.
where to cast spells, everyone and anywhere really. many do it inside, some do it outside [provided the weather] you could cast a quick on while waiting for something. spells only work in you charge and focus energy, it doesn't need a ton of ingredients, and some [like when you're waiting for something] don't even need a circle cast. spells can be done anywhere at any time. [providing the correct moon phase really]

unsure what you mean exactly. a spell for only Personified to see, mail her. a spell to post on SoM in general, go to spell casters main page, click on our spell book, go to spells, there you should see an 'ADD SPELL' button in the upper corner. click on it and fill out your spell. just be sure it's polished, working, and accurate. [no spelling/grammar errors]
