Spell to meet people

I think it would be really cool if you could cast a spell that would allow you the oppertunity to meet and become friends with someone you've heard of. Like getting to meet a birth parent you never met or a celebrity or anyone out of your possible reach of communication.

Nice idea however,It's not possible.

Maybe you should look in there friendship or luck spells.
