I believe I have that same book for my daughter. It's part of a collection written for children. There are others in the series that include Wizardolody, Fairyology, Egyptology, etc.

I wouldn't consider it a good source of information or remotely reliable, as it's more for entertainment purposes.

have it as well. it's alright, does have some decent information, but it's for children, so it's not really a reliable source. they are correct with their dragon information, but the whole how to find one, how to raise one, and the spells in the back, are in there for the kids. i mean, maybe once they were physically real, but i highly doubt it's true even today. while it is said to be one a rare book, and it's republished by Ernist Drake, try doing some research on the man. i did some many years ago, and found very little information on him being a real person. there's a little, but nothing more than what someone with a basic knowledge of how to make websites could conjure up.

and youre really 29 years old? I purchased this book for my son as a school scholastic book fair. There is no way an adult would think for a moment that this book is anything but fiction. It is very blatently a fantasy fiction book for children. It is recommended for age 8 and up, grades 3 and above.

Teach what skilasha, how to role play ? Your bio says you are a half dragon and your location is listed as your secret mountain headquarters. Perhaps you are unaware that this is a site for real magic, not a role play site.

@ Silver,depending on the species.

while i hold out a sliver of hope that dragons still dwell in the physical, they are astral beings. many believe they traveled from the physical to the astral when humans began to hunt them. if you think you found one, be careful, try to collect evidence, like pictures. your bio says you're in west yorkshire england? could be a lindworm, or could be a big snake. as i said, be careful, document your findings, then try to find a logical conclusion before jumping to it being a dragon.
