What you had re simple nightmares, and I agree with the poster who answered your question previously in this thread.
Nightmares are frightening dreams that usually awaken the sleeper from their sleep. As I have said, this is natural and happens to most of the people who live their lives...
There are many things that make nightmares happen, such as:
a number of psychological triggers that cause nightmares in adults and grown-ups. For example, anxiety and depression can cause nightmares. Traumatic stress also commonly causes people to experience chronic, recurrent nightmares. That is the main reason of nightmares, but there might be other reasons - just try to tell yourself what did you do wrongly. For example: being under the effect of medications and substances, including alcohol and tranquilizers, may trigger nightmares. Also you might have nightmares because you have not slept well for a long time, improving your sleep will only make the situation better.
Any heavy meal cause delay in empting the stomach may cause nightmares (about your life style).
Magically you might have negative energy in your house which can cause nightmares while tyet I wouldn't be too concerned about this natural phenomenon.
If you'll try to periodically interpret every dream you didn't like, you'll most likely stay with a very bad temperamnet for the rest of the day.
