Ok heres what you do...

Shortly after your sister falls asleep walk into the room with her. Kneel next to her bed and place your hand slighty above her forhead. Think about a good memory that you have had with her, obviously you love her or else you wouldn't be trying to help her. Now that you have focused on that thought take a couple deep / controlled breaths and say "All is well, all is right you will sleep in peace tonight" in a whisper.

Caution: You have to be quite so you do not wake her up.
