moving objects

I don't actually reamber the propper name for what you call it when u can move obejcts using your energy but can eveyone do it? And if you put ur hand over an object and imagine your energy pushing it does that count o_o? Or is that called something else? Thx a bunches

i think it's called telekinesis

putting ur hand above it and imagining it i think can help more but all the same like Fargoth said ^_^
