invocated spirit

i invocated some spirits but today one of those spirits talked from inside me and i talked like him in the same time it was like we were linked and i felt like i was that spirit and it freaked me out can anyoane explain what just happened? it was not scary but still it freaked me out because in that moment i felt like i was possessed
