i have a little question for people who have itme to read ;)
jut new to all so still learning to :)

just new to this all.. and i already would like to ask for help of you all... i dont know if anyone knows something for this but i have a huge pressure feeling at the back of my head and sometimes neck and ears already been in the hospital they say its because of a lack of some vitamins..; already been taking them a month been good for a week but its al starting again..; now i'm apparently also pregnant for already three weeks... i just want to know if someone knows something for this headache i tried all the vitamins / eating good ... and everything ... i'm just feeling not good because of this head ache i'm getting afraid of it ... it feel sweird (my mom thinks it stress because of work and all) but i just dont know ...
does anyone know something for this like meditating maybe

When I started my second trimester I had horrible migraines that would last for days. The doctor told me it was because I was trying to get used to all of the changes that my body was going through and because of my hormones at the time. It could also, as your mother suggested, be induced by stress.

If your doctor told you that it wasn't serious I wouldn't think about it too much. Dwelling on it will just add to any stress that you already have. I would continue doing what your doctor suggested and perhaps try meditation or other relaxation techniques to help with any stress that you may have.

do you know any good techniques :) i'm trying my best to avoid thinking about it but that is the problem it stays the whole time as a pressure in my head so distracts me so know any good meditation trics :)

I try to find a comfortable and quiet spot to sit in. I then close my eyes and visualize and will all stress and thoughts from myself. I then focus on the energy within myself and within the area around me slowing down and calming. This technique helps me drift into a meditative and relaxed state, but I have a friend that uses a candle and a nature sounds cd to meditate. She plays the cd and focuses on the candle flame to relax herself and meditate.

My point here is that one technique might not be right for everyone. Try a few different ones and see which one works the best for you.

thanks alrerady will try the cd i think that is something for me because then i can focus on something else

but i'm just so afraid to focus on myself because then i feel the pain/pressure more and it scares me actually i always think bad things if i have something at my health

Neck? Or head, look at a brain model, see what is there, also a baby could just be absorbing the vitamins_ That's the simple solution_ *overdoses* *dies*_ I'd still look into brain structure and find what is back there_ Also, I'd check your aurora, meditate, find sanctuary, get a familair, etc jut to make you feel better :) there is also a spell which alows you to posses a baby with the power of the devil if your interested_

What vitamins are you taking? If you're pregnant you need prenatal vitamins. Have you been to your obgyn or just your regular doctor? You really need to talk to your ob about this and if they say it's not pregnancy related, the two docs need to talk to figure out what's wrong and what treatment is safe for your baby. Congratulations and good luck :)
