was i attacked?

Yesterday when i was walking in street suddenly i saw my neighbor when i was kid i heard that this woman was witch but i've never believed in it this women always had sympathy with me she was telling me that i was like sunshine and my eyes were innocent and yesterday when she saw me said smth. strange and i fell down i felt that my body was arrested she locked gate of her house and continued walking suddenly i felt that heaviness went out from my body and i stood up and tried to attack her with my powers but i couldn't what was that?

There are too many unknown variables to say what happened. It could have been that you got overheated, or perhaps hypoglycemic, or maybe it was an overactive imagination. Perhaps she is a witch, but if so what motive did she have for "attacking" you? I am sorry to say the whole story, especialy the "tried to attack her with my powers" part reminded me of the movie Dinner For Schmucks. Wicked witches randomly attacking children for no reason, magical battles...this is fairytale magic, not real.

So what if she is a witch? There are those here on this site that consider themselves to be "witches". Why does that hold relevance?

Too many variables, as was said. How do you know she even had anything to do with whatever you experienced? Did you take into consideration she could perhaps be oblivious to all of this?

Ontop of that: you can't "summon a great storm" and "wind powers" sounds like fantasy magick to me.

I see from your bio you are very young, and the young have very active imaginations. You did not summon a storm, you dont have wind powers. My advice, if you actually wish to learn the craft is for you to stop with the silly make believe, research the magic basics (there are many good posts in our forums for this, you can find them by useing the site search engine located at the upper right of the screen). After some studying you may perhaps understand the nature of real magic. In the craft one has to use common sense, maturity , and intelligence. Using those three will enable you to determine real from fantasy/make belive magics.

I don't think you were attacked. I do agree with the following posts about you having a over active imagination. My advice to you as a grownup is to approach her and have a grownup (civilized) conversation with her. If she is a witch... so what? there are many of us out here. You are very young and maybe be one as well, but haven't found your your true inner self.

Speak to her and befriend her. It feels to me that she is just lonely and wants a little company. I feel she is a older woman she may have a little dementia, it can come with age. Be a friend to her. That is the most powerful magick you can do. Don't be afraid.... just approach her and be your self.

what? i don't have powers? i saw it with my own eyes i felt as if wind was part of my body i don't want to remember this horrible moment when someone crazy told me that everyone in school was laughing at me because of my interests in magic and he named me small weak withch and because of this words i started scream and concentrate suddenly the great wind slipped out some trees broke off and i fell down. after that i start practice.after any practices small wind was whiffing around i guess i have wind power and one more thing It's none of anyone's business how i believe in magic i love it it's part of my life and i'll continue believing in it like i believe now even if it's not "Real Magic"

As stated before, it is important to take a "Grown-up" approach to this. First think about why this older woman would do this, maybe even ask her if she practices witchcraft. But don't go assuming because somebody can make you feel uncomfortable, that it is due to some magickal power...

Why not go have a conversation with the woman. She would probably like the company.

You also said you were walking on the street. Dehydration can cause these symptoms described, also, you may be anemic? but that is just a wild guess... If this happens again, you should probably see a doctor.
