Greetings and welcome to the site.

If you are new to magic, and haven't already done so, I would suggest learning your basics. These include:
*Meditation
*Visualization
*Grounding
*Centering
*Belief in yourself and your abilities
*Circle Casting and Releasing
*Correspondences (colors, days, lunar phases, etc)

Newbie Central, Tips, and Faqs might also help you out. These are all located on the Home Tab. A thread called "Starting Out," which is located in the "General" section, might also help give you a few pointers.

Also, I would suggest writing your own spells, if you plan on casting any, because not all of the spells on this site work.

If you have any questions that you can't find the answer to on the site, don't be afraid to ask. Most of the members here are quite knowledgeable and willing to help you out.
