I posted this one earlier, but it uses hallucinogens and calls upon dark spirits. You could try developing abilites like astral projection (more flexible form on the astral) or animal empathy (kind of a mental projection, so you can see through their eyes and feel like you've turned into something else.)

I think mental projection and telepathy might call for different techniques. They're pretty close, though... actually I thought telepathy was easier.

i dont know why or how but i can see thought people eyes or predicting the future while asleep i dont know what strange power is that but i never felt like another people.Please if someone knows anythink about the transformation techniquest please white to me

I would say it was an extreme form of empathy/telepathy even though the techniques are completely different... so I'd probably go with where I got the technique idea from, Terry Pratchett's book "Equal Rites" It's a fantasy/comedy novel about a girl who wants to be a wizard but she can't because she's female :-p So she learns magic from a witch for a while, and this witch rides on the minds of animals and calls it "Borrowing."

Telling the future in dreams is called dream precognition, I have it too. (Actually, this one is very common.)
