Question about mirrors

I used to use a full length mirror but as I recently shattered it I was wondering if buying hand mirrors as replacements would be suitable when casting spells or if I should be buying a new full length mirror or the sorts of mirrors that are propped up like picture frames.

Is there ever a need for mirrors to be a certain way for spells or is it fine so long as you have a highly reflective surface?

My apologies if this seems a silly question.

It's not a stupid question.
It is usually assumed that a lot of mirrors in the house - good luck. This is due to alleged property of mirrors to reflect evil and attract good. But there is another sinister magic mirrors.
It is sometimes said that the aging faster than the people who ... often look in the mirror. And this approval from the standpoint of modern bioenergy is understandable: your energy reflected from the mirror, as if "eats away" your own field, the so-called protective aura. No wonder the superstitious people would never hang
mirrors in the bedrooms, and generally try to get around them was as much as possible
less reflective surfaces. Indeed, in ancient times observed
that the mirror is able to convey "bad" energy to other people, if before
that it is itself infected by it is particularly strong negative energy
have a mirror, before which there were quarrels, violence,
murder.

Power of magic mirror does not depend on the materials from which it is made and not on the size, but on a thorough observance of astrological and magical guidance.

Since the mirrors are related signs. When he went home, but halfway back - it is imperative to look in the mirror. Child under one year can bring to the mirrors, otherwise it would be bad to grow. Itself was considered a bad omen broken mirror. Together with the mirror spoils it contains a copy of the information matrix of the owner.

Since ancient times, a mirror covered, if the house was dead. It was thought that it might remain of his soul. Conventional methods of energy, "clean" (or wash in running water sanctified by the church or the purification of fire) in this case do not work. Such a mirror must be broken, and the soul of the deceased will go out of the mirror. After that, the fragments should be quickly discarded.

I know that mirrors are a portal for spirits. I have a spirit living in my closet right now. (My closets doors are a full length mirror)

If the mirror is stuck in the spirit of a lost, you need to bring a candle to him. Ideally, the candle burns long and straight, but if the candle goes out or starts to smoke, then immediately get rid of the mirror.

I purposefully broke my old mirror so as to use all the shards in an art piece. I don’t regret it but I am curious now if something bad would have happened were there a spirit in that particular mirror.
