To answer your bottle question I would personally say not. As for you vibrations question that is a yes. It is in a way the message being carried out.

All Matter is made up of atoms, and all atoms vibrate at different rates. Even a plastic bottle is made up of atoms! A stone is as much "alive", atomically, as you are!

When I say that I personally so not, that is in concerns with that it won't have the purpose as an enchanted item would. But as Brysing stated, it will still have a vibration.

Okay, I get it. Now what kind of energy would things like air, water, or ground have?

Also, where do incantations come into play in all this, do they contain energy being powerful words, and this energy gets its vibes from what is said, or is it something entirely different?

Like do they center the energy and give it purpose, or do they contain energy all by themselves, allowing them, with intent of course, to be a spell.

1) the elements are believed to have an energy polarity. Air and Water are negative. Fire and Earth are positive. Spirit being the combination of the four (in belief) is a ballance of the four making it a neutral energy. I hope that is what you were asking for.

Words have power whether in an incantation, your average talking, written, or what-have-you. But just as a candle (for example) is a tool incantations are tools as well. And like most to all tools the incantation helps to guide the energy to bring about the change as desired from will/purpose/intent.

I don't nessacerily mean the actual element, but the substance water, and the air that surrounds us, but thank you. And that is where I am lost, if all things contain energy, wouldn't these tools such as athames, incantations, and candles be giving off vibrations as well?

Okay, to rephrase that, lets HOW do tools guide energy from herbs, stones, amulets, or personal energy.

Sorry. But your welcome. As for what you actually meant, I suggest the best thing is to experience it firsthand.
They do give of vibrations. Some you feel stronger than others. Some you may not feel at all without working with energy for a while.
I'll use another example. Take a stone such as the amethyst that can help the "opening" or stimulation of the third eye. You can use it right away for this purpose with the energies it has naturally. Or you can empower with your own energies to help make it more effective. Either way the stone will send out the energy for that purpose on its own. In my opinion that is best done three ways: 1) keeping the stone in your possession whether holding it, wearing it, or keeping it in your pocket. 2) touching the stone to your centre forehead where your third eye is. And 3) placing the stone under your pillow as you sleep.
With other things such as herbs and athame it's basically the same thing but different names. Blessing and consecrating. There are all sorts of names as there are ways to empower your tools.
