Some love spells supposedly instead of effecting a specific person draw someone to you. This sounds like it still might infringe on free will, but as your not purposely doing so I guess it works more like calling your soulmate to you or finding someone who would find you attractive but you'd normally never meet them.

True. The only way I can see around it is to maybe try and write one that attracts someone who is also casting one sorta like the casters are allowing themselves ti be effected. In the end you can say any spell goes against free will or point out something negative. I think the main thing that effects whether a spell is good or bad is conscious intent. If your trying to say help someone lonely find love I can't fault such a spell whether it supposedly infringing on free will or not.

Yes there are. A spell would be 'constructed' to draw whoever is close to what you seek. That way only someone who 'shares' your outlook on life would 'come to you'. There would be 'no' forcing as the spell seeks out those who 'share' your vision. This of course takes time.....
