Astral Projection

Ok I have looked literally EVERYWHERE for something about astral projection and found nothing. All I want is someone to tell me an experience they've had and some easy methods to try. Please, please, PLEASE help me?

First off, I'd like to say that the whole internet is at your disposal, including the public chat on here, which has some very knowledgeable people at times.

I've had a experience with it, it feels as if you're flying, and you leave your body, you feel the physical connection loosening. It's all about being consciouss of your spirit. As to methods and ways to induce it, I suggest meditating while lucid dreaming.
