a curse

i know a close person which isn't wiccan but believes in witchcraft and somebody else which practive witchcraft told her that someone cursed her

she said that she didn't rememver what kind of curse did he mention
she said he mentioned something about "dead [ly] water" or "water of the dead (he said it in Russian)

do you have any idea what it might be? if you do - PLEASE tell me how can i get rid of that!

i you only knew how much problems it caused..she has to drink some kind of pills which docor gaved to her for the rest of her life=(
