Look, I'm really new to the whole magic
Concept. Are there only certain people who are able to use magic, or can anyone use it? Can someone
Elaborate? And if I can cast spells, how come none of the spells
I cast work?

You probably don't know how to make your spell casting effective. Look into some of the basics. Anyone can practice magic. You don't have to be born in a family that practices magic. You don't have to be a certain race. You don't have to believe in a certain religion. If you are dedicated to your studies, you can practice magic.

look into basics such as meditation,grounding,energy manipulation,chakras
