Energy Manipulation

Energy Manipulation is used to mold energy , transfer energy , and cast spells with energy .

Molding Energy ~

Molding energy is used to create Psi Balls (Also known as Chi Balls). These are forms of energy that can be sent and recieved. Also a good source of back up power for spells and such.

Transfering Energy ~

Transfering energy is much like molding energy. You may be able to transfer your energy to another. This is fairly tough and is not recommended. To transfer energy you can visualize the energy flowing out of you and into another: person, item, or animal.

Casting Spells Using Energy ~

Casting spells using energy is like transferring energy. Say you have a spell and it goes " Wind blow the hardest you can wind wind wind." or something like that. Well, while you are reciting the spell you must "Transfer and or Mold" your magickal energy into the spell. This can be done simply by visualizzing the enegy flowing out of you and joining in with your words. Visualizing the wind blowing.

The thing about life is that energy is all around us, even when we die our energy is left behind. Most people do not know this, but how could they not it is even shown in science.

Wow awesome information, didn't know what it was but this explains what I've been doing without knowing:)

I used to utelize these very things in some of my work. For example, and this is sort of funny, I have this HP laptop (HP pavilion 2000) and since it's old I used to practice what I called "channeling" into it so that it operate faster. It was very slow to begin with, and what I did was take my hands (this is what I call a niche) rub them together and on my exhale I would visualize two opposite energies building up against each other, one from each hand. Then after the cumulating energy reaches its climax, I would let one energy take over the other, going into the laptop with my intent doing its part. I would have to be in a relaxed mode. I remember one time it was too much energy, making the internal hard drive disk skip, so I had to restart the computer. The disk was skipping.

This same sort of "channelling" I also use to put on people, or into objects. The interesting part is that the colors we give our visualizations, our thought forms, when we channel, become meanings of themselves. It's magick in itself when we give meanings to the colors that we know, and the more we practice the better we become at that very practice, and the craft always has something in store for us new.

This newest trick that I think I have utilized was sending thoughts and thoughts of feelings, my will, into another person's mind.

This is how I practice although with my spell casting I form the energy and with intent in mind I cast but I put my entire desire into one command. So for your example if wishing to cast a protective shield to keep out negative energy instead of writing a chant or spell I would form the energy and the cast with a single word command "Protect!" Making sure to keep my desired goal firmly in my mind.
