The reason as to why your spells aren't working could be due to various different things:
First, you should be aware that some spells are practically impossible to perform for us humans. Things like creating physical Fire from our hands would fall under this category.
Second, a fundamental part of casting spells is having ABSOLUTE FAITH that the spell is going to work. This is commonly called "Will" in the Craft. The tinniest bit of doubt could negate your spell.
Third, cast a circle, call quarters, do some things a bit formally. This helps focus your energy and keep negative energy out of your spell's way. Without it, your spell could get pretty massacred by negative energy before it ever manifests.

well im trying to use spells that are not involving blood loss, candles, and stuff that is summened and stays forever unless im the only one that can see it and i can put it back were in belongs sortof like weopon summen because i can un summen it
I, being Hemophobic, am opposed to using blood in the Craft to begin with. As for Candles, they can help direct energy and focus better (a very good thing, I might add). As for summoning things, I'd advise you to stay clear of summoning things until you're more experienced.
i suggest reading up on the basics and practicing meditation, chakra work, possibly lighter forms of Divination for now. Don't put a lot of emphasis on Spellcraft - it's such a small portion of true Witchcraft. The Craft isn't all about casting spells. And one must understand what they're doing before they do it. It's easier to not get burned that way.
