Best spells for starting

What are the best spells on this site ( or others ) for newbies or people just starting with magic or magick ( however you want to spell it ). I don't want a spell to backfire or something and be cursed with like bad luck for the rest of my life just for trying to cast a good luck spell.... Thank you.

well you should learn your basics before casting a spell if your a newbie in magick

Try learning the basics and learn different herbs.Since your a newbie I suggest protective and/or healing spells.
