Feeling Energy?

every since i first learned about how 2 use energy every now and then i feel it coming out of like right as im typing this it feels like it coming out my feet. im very curious about this ethier energy is coming out of me or it just flow throughout my body

Maybe the energy you have is strong and when your feelings are or emotions are strong too... For example anger or excitment you have energy flow... You just have to learn how to control it maybe it is a gift

oh ok thanks i well learn how 2 control it cuz like everytime i think of it (without put NO focus in 2 it) i feel it in my feet like right now lol

It could be a gift, or a curse. Of course it could also be somebody or something around you extracting the energy from you forcefully, this could also be a spirit. You should probably learn how to shield or cast a protection spell for yourself. This is a good idea when your first starting out like you are too.
