Levitation is possible in means of anything being used for it. Just as a human can fly, but we don't wings or the capacity to use artificial wings.
You can look at different things like magnetism, 2 magnets of the same pole facing eachother repel each other, therefore if vertically held, it will cause a levitating effect.
Now, for a human to stand there, and start floating, with nothing but their own energy working, is not possible, it just doesn't work that way. Energy affects other energy, and gives the conditions for things to happen, but seeing as there is nothign to make you float, no matter what enerdy is there you will not float. Energy can however affect the possiblities of a ridiculously strong gust of wind to swoop you up, but that is rather unlikely in itself.
i believe you could use ur energy to make a platform and slowly add to it which could lift u, so u can use ur energy to levitate in my opinion. im not trying to say u r wrong im just saying it could be possible.
You can only levitate things through technology; they have made a mouse levitate using magnets. That could theoretically also be used to make a human levitate, but I don't believe it's really being looked into at the moment.
