Indeed, our mind is a very powerful tool, if not the most powerful.

That was prob started by some Harry Potter fan who runs around pointing a 99 cent wand at his friends screaming random Harry Potter spells

I don't see any reason why such a spell wouldn't exist, though I have no idea how it's actually performed. I would assume that a stunning spell would somehow trigger something in a person that would cause them to faint. Sometimes I can be momentarily stunned when I feel a large burst of energy, so it could work like that.

This is because you are releasing your personal energy, energy that is needed to survive. You are being stunned because your body needs to recooperate from the massive energy loss.

Oraclewitch stated :." So basically all combat magick unless used days before hand is void and roleplaying. ".I stronly dissagree with you .Battle magic (using energy manipulation )or whatever you called it does not need to aim your astral body it actually aims your etheric aka energy body ,which is more subtle than astral one .And it can affect you withing a seconds ,since we are energy and all is energy .Also recently has been prooven that prayers chanted over water changed its crystals in dinstinct way (lets not forget we are in huge procentage water too ).So if just a prayer can cause so radical change in crystal structure of water ,imagine what will cause direct manipulation and focus or energy beamed in one spot .Battle magic is not a joke it is another case that almost nobody can not perform it .It requires immense ammount of energy and strong focus and will ,also skills to shape and make energy flow in certain direction not in scattered way .Thus many people clime to be battle magicians but they are roleplaying ,however not everyone is rp ,keep in mind .

As for the spell i agree that you can not cause such results just by using spell plus wand .Wand is a tool which direct energy (you can do it very well without any tool if you have a bit experience in that area ).There are other methods which require more advanced techniques and methods ,but i will not going to share that here .Also when casting a spell it is always your will and you energy against other persons one .If your opponent is more strong his will and intend will win ,thus casting spell does not give you 100 percent garantee for good result .It all depends how strong you are .

Very well posted Arte. I would like to add that attempting to cast even the simplest of spells that is meant to take effect instantly instead of working its way through the cosmos like usual takes immense energy and is extremely hard to control. It shouldn't be done by anyone not prepared for it.

Thank you arte, I did not know about crystal changes in water, but I agree with it. And as for battle magic, as you said, many RP and the ones who aren't RPing would have to learn to have a great will and build up their energy, or what not. I just believe that if you feel the need to use battle magic, I would not depend on it, and would atleast carry pepperspray if you even think you are going to get attacked. Remember, magic is no substitute for material things happening, airgo cop, knives and pepperspray handy, body guards. I don't like to tell people that battle magic is possible, because some might take it as I said reliable. And I do not want to live with their blood on my hands.

Aw how nice it is you are concern for me , i appreciate that .However i am very well trained with all of my bodies and when attacked i will not gonna attack with just one i will attack with all of them together ,plus i will have strategy .I am very tough cookie despite i look as doll .Have been fighting against someone or something for last 18 years so for me combat magick is way of life .It is good to know tho some folks can be concern for strangers .

Would like to add also that indeed internal martial arts like tai chi and ba gua can have devastationg effect on your chi and on your phisical body at same time .Also masters are so insanely strong that you never can get to them, because their energy flows around as water and push you away .

"Also recently has been prooven that prayers chanted over water changed its crystals in dinstinct way"

It's far from proven; it's a claim by a Japanese researcher, Masaru Emoto, who is the only one who has ever seen this occur. Indeed, a follow-up study found that intention (chanted prayers have never been used) does not change water crystals at all:

"A better-controlled "triple-blind" follow-up study published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration did not yield positive results. More than 1,900 of Mr. Emoto's followers focused gratitude on water bottles in a vault over a period of three days. The water was then frozen and compared to two different sets of controls in a very elaborate protocol. Crystals from all three groups were not, on average, considered to be particularly beautiful (scoring 1.7 on a scale of 0 to 6, where 6 was very beautiful). Crystals from the experimental group were also rated slightly less beautiful than a set of controls. An objective comparison of contrast did not reveal any significant differences among the samples."
