Empath

Is it possible to not know that your an empath?

Exactly, we all don't know something about ourselves, we are not born knowing the complexities of our little minds :) But that doesn't mean there not there :)

Most definitely! I thought it was perfectly normal until one day, when I was twelve or thirteen, I was speaking to a friend of mine, and brought up how someone's personality "felt". He looked at me like I was crazy! That's when i realized what I was experiencing wasn't something everyone had. I began seeking out the name of it. When I brought it up to my mother, she knew it was a gift and called it being "sensitive". Eventually (around the age of 14) I found the term Empath which lead me to Clairsentience.

There is very little written about it, I was lucky enough to discover a forum that devoted an entire section for empaths! We all spoke and compared "gifts" and it really gave me a great understanding of what I had and how strong it was.
