a lucky/wishing flower sp

hi i am a newby out here
and i didn't now where to set this topic (@mods if i set it on the rong thing really srry...)
so i wanted to make for my best friend a wishing/lucky flower
something like when the last pettal falls the magic ends

Hi I found this post now, great idea, I want to have this flower, too.You can program your flower for something magical (for good weather, you can also seal elements to them,...), take a look at this post: http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=317676
You can also make your own spell for this. I dont know more about this but its awesome I want to try it...
I made one spell for growing magical flower from the ground, Im now testing it...

You make it "magic" by putting your intent and energy or putting a spell on it, as the plant matures so does the spell. This is a very powerful spell casting technique as it infuses into something growing and alive and part of nature.
