Alright. First of all, no one should be moving their life force anywhere. That's your life, if you even could do it, and you did, you could kill yourself. You need life to live!

Secondly, I think what you're mistaking for life force is the conscious mind.
Shamans from around the world have claimed to be capable of seeing out of the eyes of another animal. It takes them many many years of learning about the animal, connecting with the animal (like a power animal/totem) and then they perform something similar to astral travel, except their energy enters the animal and they claim that this allows them to see through its eyes and ones who are very old and been doing it all of their life claimed that they could control the animal by communicating to it.

This is all about being one with nature. Their life long goal. Its the interconnectedness of life. But no life force is changed or moved.

You can "connect" to anything spiritually. That is a basic principle of magick.
It takes practice, lot and lots of practice. There is no spell in this world that will give you immediate results.

And no living teddy bears please. No creepy dolls. I don't like the movie Chucky. If you want to look up an event where a spirit actually entered a doll. The Demonologist is a book written by the Warrens (the ones who dealt with the real Amityville House which is included in the book as well). I read it when I was about fourteen because I love horror books and it was supposed to be non fiction. Cool right? Well it was cool, but I'm not so sure how authentic it is. Anyway! There was a doll named Annabelle that is still in a glass case to this day because it was incapable of being exorcised. I would have personally burned the thing, but oh well, they like pet rag dolls I guess. I don't know how true it is, but the story creeped me out anyway because spirits used to mess with my electronic toys when I was young. I'll never look at a ragdoll the same again! =)

Here's an excerpt from the book. I just googled it so no clue how the rest of the website is.

So please, no Chuckies or Rag Dolls or Teddy Bears....just communicate to past loved ones like everyone else does. There is quite a lot of info on this forum about communication with spirits, ancestors, etc.

Esprit, no, you did not say that a teddy bear was alive. But what you did say was that "everything" had a "life force". That would mean a teddy bear, or a doll, or a piece of plastic!

There are many traditions that believe that. What is wrong with that? To believe that everything does have some sort of spirit or life force? Does it make them wrong? Does in make them stupid?

It has been said many times,on this site and others; you may believe anything you wish. It does not make you "stupid", just "spiritual". And that's not a bad thing, so long as you remember that is a "belief", and not "perhaps" the truth!

It might just be me but I think it would suck to have your life force in a Teddy bear. For one thing, Teddy bears have no muscles, or sensory receptors of any kind so you could not move or experience or, unless a link was established, get back to your own body. You would think in darkness and silence with no senses until you die. Also, if someone destroyed the bear while your life force was inside it, you'd die immediately, and Teddy bears are both fragile and defenseless.

Now now, teddy bears are only cute because their mouths are closed. You don't know what kind of sharp teeth could be behind that grin. =)

Animism is the belief that all natural things have a life force (all things in nature). Anything from a tree, rock, stream, creatures, plants etc. But man made objects, unless created with natural material would be exempt from this belief.

That's why many poppets are made with clay, cotton, wood, etc. So that the idea of a life force being apart of it is not difficult to relate to.
