Sorry, but it's impossible to become a fairy. You can change your appearance a bit but not nearly that much. You can be a fairy in the astral plane, but nothing you will do can ever make you a fairy in real life.

You can't change physical appearance with magick. Fairies are actual beings (Unlike Vampires or Dragons, I actually find these beings plausable although I am not sure if they are in fact real or not) and you can't just expect to turn into a species that may be just as complex if not more than a human.

Indeed! Reality has this weird way of continuing to be just as real no matter how much we do or do not believe in it. If belief alone were enough to change reality then no one would be able to die of a foolish accident because these people frequently know that they are perfectly safe. The very existence of the Darwin awards proves that confident belief alone is not sufficient to change reality.
