Never Received

I was told I would be notified when my bracelet came into stock, and that it should be in stock around the end of January. I checked my order, and it used to say 1/2 shipped. but now it just says order shipped. I dont know if that means that they are shipping it now or if they think its been fully shipped already. because i never received an e-mail with the shipping code.
