help with a spell

I am new at this. I was wondering if anyone had a spell to help with negative feelings and irritation? This is for personal use. I feel negativity and irritation weighing down on me.

I do meditate but I want to know if there is more that I can do to elevate the effectiveness.

Any suggestions would be apprecitated!
