need help....

I need help with clearing up with what i've read about chakra's as its starting to confuse me, mainly about the solar plexus

I've been reading up about the 13 chakra system according to what I've read in the 13 chakra system the solar plexus is postioned where the navel is, but with what I've read about the 7 charka system the solar plexus is above the navel.
so what is the truth?

Strangly enough though when I do a 7 crystal charka healing and postion the solar plexus stone above the navel it always seems to roll on to the navel :/

This is the main reason why i discredit allot of sites, let me explain.

We have 7 main chakras, all the rest are minor and miniscule chakras, another problem i saw is that people confused the solar chakra ( located in the solar plexus) with the sacral chakra (which is located around the navel)

by reading my chakra guide ( serpentfire was my past username) it explains the major chakras. A lot of people here will like to contest me but if they are correct then why are you and so many others are confused and is not making any progress hmm?

Thanks, to be honest I'm a bit too tired to look for your post just now..sorry :).... well I have a book just now and it explains that the Root charka is located at the base of the spine , sacral charka is below the navel, and that the solar plexus charka is located below the breastbone slightly to the left,heart charka is located in the middle of the breast bone above the chest,throat charka is located at the hollow of the throat,third eye charka located in the middle of the forehead and the crown charka is located at the crown of the head so thats what i've been going by so far, so would you say there more or less acurate positions for the charkas?
and also I've done some work on my earth star Charka with some information from another book I have.
